Refund Policy

Lite agents are free. Pro agents are digital download products. Refunds are considered within 7 days when the Pro product was not downloaded or when there is a technical delivery issue we cannot resolve.

Refunds are not available for redistributed, shared, abused, or license-violating downloads.

We try to be fair. Email contact@qolapps.org with your Razorpay payment ID or order ID and a short description of the issue.
