No. DB Preflight is a downloadable SKILL.md package for AI coding agents. You keep it in your local workflow or agent skill folder.
Does it connect to my database?
No. The workflow is read-only by default and reviews files, migrations, schema diffs, and deployment notes. It should not connect to production unless you explicitly request that.
Does it run migrations?
No. It is a preflight audit workflow. It must never instruct an agent to run destructive commands or automatically apply migrations.
Does it guarantee zero migration risk?
No. It is a risk-reduction and structured review tool. You are still responsible for production review, backups, staging checks, and deployment decisions.
Which agents does it work with?
